Spiritual Direction is a one-on-one relationship with the goal of discovering God's life-affirming desire fur us by noticing what His Spirit does and says in our everyday lives.

How do you do this?  You meet with me, a Spiritual Director, for an hour every four to six weeks to share the joys and struggles of every day life.  Together we explore how God's will and spirit are working, seen and unseen, in your daily circumstances

Thomas Merton, a 20th century Trappist Monk and well-known Christian author on spirituality, indicates that a Spiritual Director is one who helps another person to recognize and follow the inspirations of grace in life in order to reach the end to which God leads.
